The Consulates of the Republic of Cyprus issue visas to travelers who intend to travel to Cyprus through the official points of entry-exit*, and whose stay in Cyprus does not include accommodation in areas of illegally occupied properties.

Applicants are kindly requested to ensure that their travel itinerary, accommodation arrangements and supporting documents fully comply with the above requirement.

Please note that, should it be established, either before or after the issuance of a visa, that the travel programme has been changed to include accommodation in the abovementioned areas the visa application will be refused or, where the visa has already been issued, the visa shall be annulled.

In such cases, the competent authorities of the Republic of Cyprus may also impose an administrative measure.
