Safety Rules

To ensure your safety, compliance with current legislation, and local policies, the following restrictions apply within the Visa Application Centre:

• The use of mobile phones, laptops, portable players, e-readers, tablets, photo and video equipment, other electronic devices, and electronic storage media is strictly prohibited.

If you bring any of the aforementioned devices when visiting the Visa Application Centre, they must be switched off.

Visiting the Visa Application Centre while carrying any of the following items is prohibited (regardless of whether you hold any licenses or permits):

• Any types of firearms, traumatic, or pneumatic weapons;
• Bladed weapons, stabbing and cutting items, including those for household use;
• Stun guns, pepper sprays, and other self-defense equipment;
• Explosive, highly flammable substances, and pyrotechnics;
• Toxic and poisonous substances;
• Sealed and packaged items that prevent the visual inspection of their contents;
• Oversized suitcases and bags that are difficult to inspect due to their significant volume;
• Alcohol and food products.

Folders and bags containing documents related to the visa application process are only permitted inside the Visa Application Centre after being properly inspected by a security officer.

Please also note that unauthorized persons (companions)—such as friends, relatives, colleagues, etc.—are not permitted inside the Visa Application Centre, except in cases where the presence of a companion is legally justified (assisting elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or minors).

For security purposes, a video surveillance and audio recording system operates within the Visa Application Centre.

The Visa Application Centre does not provide cloakroom or storage facilities for personal belongings; therefore, the Visa Application Centre accepts no responsibility for their safekeeping.

Please make your own prior arrangements for the storage of any items and belongings that are prohibited inside the Visa Application Centre.
