Announcement on the Resumption of Cyprus Visa Application Services.

The Consulates of the Republic of Cyprus in Moscow and Saint Petersburg are pleased to inform all applicants that the technical issues affecting visa application processing have been successfully resolved.

Accordingly, BLS International will resume accepting visa applications from Monday, 12 October 2026.

Applicants who were unable to attend or complete their appointments due to the technical difficulties will not be required to book a new appointment. BLS International will contact all affected applicants directly by telephone and email and provide the necessary instructions for submitting their visa applications.

The BLS appreciate the patience and understanding of all applicants during this period and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
